💡 If your desired product/size is unavailable, you will receive Store Credit.

To qualify for an exchange:
• Item must be unused & unwashed
• All tags & packaging intact
• Request raised within 48 hours

⚠️ Products failing quality check will not be accepted.

1. Share your Order ID + reason

3. Attach clear product images

📌 For damaged/wrong items:
Unboxing video is mandatory


🚚 Reverse Shipping
• Self-ship the product to our address
• Shipping reimbursement up to ₹100 (valid cases only)


💳 Store Credit
• Issued if exchange item is unavailable
• Valid on future NAVRELLA purchases
• Non-transferable & not redeemable for cash


🚫 Non-Exchangeable Items
• Sale or discounted products
• Customized or altered items
